In this DVD Andy Edwards explains and demonstrates a number of ideas and concepts that will help to make you a better drummer.

Drawing on current thinking about brain function and motor skill, Andy explains how to make your practice as efficient as possible and how you can develop your drum skill to it's full potential. Using the paradiddle as a starting point, Andy shows how you can make this, or any pattern, part of your drumming vocabulary so that it actually becomes a part of your playing. Andy also looks at linear and non linear concepts, co-ordination, developing speed and control and many other approaches and techniques that will prove valuable to any drummer at any level.

This DVD also explores what motivates a person to become a drummer, what audiences like about drumming and ways to develop the creative and artistic side of your playing.

The Mighty Bash also has extensive footage of Andy playing both live and in the studio, and also special features which include him performing at 'DrumFest' in 2005
